central location spacious suite friendly staff

i liked the hotel's location it is in the city center. acropolis station is within 15 minutes. i was given a suite room. the room was spacious and clean i found the staff to be friendly.

helpful staff halal food

i found the staff very cooperative and helpful, especially ahmed, diana, elpida, chrysa and andreas the security. the hotel manager, anna, allowed us early entry to the rooms. halal food was provided also.

the air conditioning worked only sometimes, switching off in the middle of the night. this made for uncomfortable sleeping conditions. the hotel could benefit from more consistent climate control.

the rooftop breakfast was a highlight it offered a good variety of options. the staff were helpful during check-in i found them friendly. the atrium provided a nice smoking area. the location is next to a metro station i found that very convenient.

the towels were quite thin i think that could be improved.

the breakfast on the rooftop was amazing!!! i liked that the staff was very friendly. the room was also extra large, and that was a big plus for me. i found everything to be very nice.

the bathroom wasn't as clean as it should have been, that was a letdown. the floors in the room were not properly washed, so that's something to consider. water leaked from the shower into the bedroom, which wasn't ideal.

the staff was WONDERFUL and they upgraded my room. I also got a late checkout, and I am greatful for that. the breakfast was good and its location is very convenient.

the cleanliness wasnt great. the room service wasnt great either. my first room wasnt clean i had to change room and the second one wasnt very well cleaned either. the toilet wasnt cleaned properly.
